Pricing & policies (plain English)

Rental pricing is per day. Deposits are based on estimated equipment value, not the rental fee.

  • Non-members: estimated deposit equals the equipment value.
  • Members and students: estimated deposit is $200–$500.
  • $15,000+ in equipment: a certificate of insurance is required.
  • Production bookings: grip equipment is included at no added rental charge.
